All our meals are served buffet style and are designed sothat you compose your own bowl, with grains, legumes,vegetables, green leaves and salads.

Our cuisine features well-balanced vegan dishes that are gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of refined sugar. Whenever possible, ingredients are organic and locally sourced, prepared by Suniai Oliva's own chef. Check the 'Food & Kitchen' section for more information.
We cannot accommodate any dietary requests except for legitimate food allergies. Suniai will provide a form to be completed and returned no later than 14 days of arrival.
