Booking a retreat at Suniai is a simple and straightforward process. Follow these steps to secure your retreat:

Fill Out the Booking Form: Complete the booking form provided on our website with all the necessary details, including your preferred dates, number of participants, and any specific requirements you might have.

Submit Your Request: Once the form is filled out, submit it online. Our team will review your request and get back to you with confirmation and any additional information needed.

Receive Confirmation: After your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your booking, payment instructions, and further steps.

Make a Deposit: To secure your dates, a deposit may be required. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to make your deposit.

Plan Your Retreat: With your booking confirmed, you can start planning your retreat. Our team is available to assist you with any special arrangements or questions you may have.

Yes, we do not have a minimum hour stay requirement. We offer two options:

• Option 1: Regardless of the number of hours you are here, you will pay 30% of your income from the event.

• Option 2: Pay a fixed rate of 300€ + VAT for a 7-hour stay. Each additional hour will be charged at 25€. It is important to specify the start and end times, including preparation time.

The minimum number of nights to organize a retreat at Suniai is 3.

Suniai can accommodate a minimum of 15 participants with the entire venue exclusively for your group. The maximum capacity is 32 participants, including retreat leaders.

For every 10 participants, we can host one leader free of charge, with a maximum of 3 leaders.

The check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. However, for the leader special arrangements can be made to suit your needs.

In your stay at Sunai you will find:

• 20 meter-long Pool & Sun loungers

Yes. There is wifi in all buildings, rooms and pool.

The best time to have a retreat depends on what you want to do. The months with the warmest weather and the highest tourism are July and August. For more information, please contact us.

We have a very special space capable of hosting and harmonizing different energies, and we are very meticulous about sharing this sanctuary as we want it to continue nurturing and preserving that harmony. We welcome retreats focused on yoga, fasting, meditation, art, and more. However, we do not accept KAP retreats or events.

Suniai is free from alcohol, tobacco, and any other kind of drugs.
