We’ll nurture your incredible body with delicious plant-based cuisine, daily yoga sessions, breathwork, meditation and treatments while also guiding you on scenic hikes through this stunning region.

If you're feeling adventurous we have bikes for you to explore nearby, time to head to the sandy beach, to swim, read, snooze, chat, indulge in soothing massages & join a cookery masterclass with our super health chef Pilar. Everything is optional .. we encourage you to do what you need, relax & take time to take care of yourself.

Hi, Im Nicole, your retreat host & one of your yoga teachers. I started yoga in my early 30's desperate to find a way to de-stress from my frantic corporate job. Well, long story short, I fell in love with yoga & decided to leave the corporate world to train to be a Yoga Teacher qualifying in 2003 with an “Excellent” grade Diploma from FRYOG (Friends of Yoga International).

Now after 20 years teaching & further studies with some very inspiring teachers – Meghan Currie, Shiva Rea, Claire Missingham, Liz Lark, Godfri Devereux & others – I feel that yoga is an incredible secret that everyone should know about! It has endless life enhancing benefits starting with simply helping us to release all the physical tension that creeps into our body and encouraging us to go a little deeper to reveal a well of deep inner peace that resides in us all if only we allow ourselves to slow down a little, to breathe deeply & turn inwards. It’s like magic. Nothing beats it!”
