In this residential workshop we will explore:

• Let go of self-demand and enhance your feminine energy:
  An energetic session to release the blockages that cause stress and anxiety in your daily life.
• Goddess Circle: Personalized mentoring in small groups where you’ll gain clarity on how to plan the next phase of your business and design your plan with specific actions.
• Break Your Fears, Empower Your Business: You’ll explore fears like “not being good enough with my clients,” “being a poor leader to my team,” “neglecting my health due to my self-demand,” and more.
• Nutrition: You’ll enjoy an organic, vegetarian, and gluten-free diet - Chef: Pilar Lloret, expert in therapeutic and macrobiotic cooking.
• Self-care rituals: You’ll see for yourself the impact on your business when you take care of yourself and your health.

 

Over these 3 days, you’ll try different activities: HIIT & Vinyasa Yoga sessions, a facial self-care workshop, conscious breathing, a bike ride to the beach… and of course, moments of rest and free time just for you - In addition, you’ll enjoy a surprise workshop where you’ll create your own energetic amulet.
