Markus Witte portrait picture in a fasting retreat

I’m Markus Witte, and I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the incredible potential of the human body. I started my journey in electrical engineering, working globally until 2014, when I turned my focus to understanding the deeper aspects of human existence. In 2010, I completed a 21-day fasting experience with Jasmuheen, which was a turning point. I realized that we can free ourselves from the addiction to food, but doing so requires more than just following a process—it involves understanding the emotional and psychological reasons behind our cravings.

Since 2016, I’ve embraced pranic living, which means living without food and with minimal liquids. My goal now is to help others experience this freedom. I guide retreats worldwide where participants explore their true nature, observe their own habits, and learn to live without the need for food or excessive liquids. The practice is about self-observation and understanding the body’s real needs, with a focus on deep introspection and doing nothing but being present. Through my retreats, I aim to offer the freedom to break free from old patterns and reconnect with the true essence of life
